- Copy of round trip tickets or travel itinerary.
Madagascar business visa:
- An original letter (on company letterhead) stating the purpose and duration of the visit and the applicant's responsibility for all travel expenses.
- A copy of your round-trip ticket, or
- A letter from a travel agency or ticket office stating that you will have a round-trip ticket.
Diplomats and Officials:
- Letter from sending department or agency, addressed to "Embassy of Madagascar, Washington D.C. ", explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of departure from USA, arrival and departure to/from Madagascar, name of a contact person in Madagascar, name, passport number, and occupation of the traveler. Letter must be signed by the person that is in charge of that office or department
